Retreat Program

Sunday,
September 13 

Arrival at Rome Fiumicino Airport (Italy’s main international airport - more info ).
Private bus transfer to Grosseto, hotel check-in, meet and greet at the Iyengar Yoga studio in the downtown city center (just a 5-minute walk from the hotel).

September 14

Morning yoga session followed by a walking tour along Grosseto’s 16th-century city walls. 
Afternoon yoga session.

Tuesday,
September 15

Morning yoga session. 
Day trip to Siena with guided walking tour. Visit to Piazza del Campo, home of the world-famous Palio di Siena horse race.

wednesday,
September 16

Morning yoga session.
Half-day excursion to Capalbio and the surprising Tarot Garden. 
Evening yoga session.

thursday ,
September 17

Full-day tour to Florence with guided walking tour. 
Free time for sightseeing, shopping, and visits to the city’s monuments (Piazzale Michelangelo, Palazzo Vecchio, Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Uffizi Museum area).

friday,

Morning yoga session. 
Bus transfer to the stunning seaside village of Castiglione della Pescaia. 
Evening yoga session.

Saturday,
September 19

Morning yoga session. 
Bus transfer to the archaeological site of Baratti and Populonia. Evening yoga session.

Sunday,
September 20

Closing early-morning yoga session, hotel check-out, and transfer to Rome Fiumicino Airport.
